One thing before you book:
vague question, vague answer
if you ask something like "i want to grow my shop, how do i do that"
i can only give you a general answer about growing shops. while i can definitely spend an hour explaining how, your head will probably spin from all the info afterward.
but if you ask something like: "i really want to sell my artwork on planners, but i can't seem to gain traction on social media, how can i grow and sell at the same time?"
now i can actually help you. that's a real question with specific info.
so get specific. bring me the messy, detailed, embarrassing version of your problem. that's the one we can solve together.
Cancelation/no show/refund policy:
please read these policies carefully and fully before booking:
| ✔︎ | you must fill out your form at least 4 hours before your call if the form is not filled out before the call, the call will be cancelled with a 50% refund |
| ✔︎ | if I determine I can't help you, I'll refund you 100% if i read your form & don't think i can actually solve your problem, i'll cancel & refund before the call begins. |
| ✔︎ | you can reschedule with 24 hours notice minimumif you do not give at least 24 hour notice for a reschedule, 50% will be refunded and you will be asked to reschedule at full price |
| ✖︎ | no refunds after the call has endedyou're purchasing the hour block with Brooke, so once the time is up, the hour is spent. |
