This Privacy Policy explains what personal information Happyfox Supply Co, a Nevada Limited Liability Company ("we," "us," or "our"), collects when you use our websites (courses.happyfoxsupplyco.com, happyfoxsupply.courses, and our checkout pages), buy our courses and digital products, join our email list, or message us. It also explains how we use and share that information and the choices you have.

1. Information We Collect

Information you give us

  • Your name and email address when you buy something, create an account, or join our email list
  • Billing details at checkout. Card and PayPal payments are handled by our payment processors. We never see or store your full card number.
  • Messages you send us by email or Instagram direct message
  • Answers you give in forms or surveys

Purchase and account information

  • What you bought and when, your order history, and which courses and downloads are in your account
  • Sign-in activity on your student account

Information collected automatically

  • Your IP address, browser and device type, and general location based on your IP address
  • Pages you visit, links you click, and the site that sent you to us
  • Whether you open or click our emails

We collect this using cookies, pixels, and similar tools placed by us and by the services listed in Section 3.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To deliver the courses and downloads you buy and give you access to your account
  • To process payments
  • To answer your questions and support requests
  • To send you emails about our courses, products, and offers. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
  • To measure and improve our ads, website, and courses
  • To prevent fraud and respond to payment disputes. If you file a chargeback, we share records of your purchase, delivery, and account activity with the payment processor.
  • To keep records required for taxes and accounting, and to comply with the law

3. Who We Share It With

We share personal information only with the services that help us run our business, and only for the purposes above:

  • Course hosting: Kajabi
  • Checkout and payments: SamCart, Stripe, and PayPal
  • Email: Kit (formerly ConvertKit)
  • Advertising and measurement: Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google (Google Tag Manager and Google Ads), and Hyros
  • Purchase notifications: ProveSource. When you buy, your first name, city and state, and the product you bought may appear in a short "recently purchased" popup on our sales pages.
  • Instagram messaging: ManyChat, when you message us on Instagram
  • Our accountant and other professional advisors, when needed
  • Government authorities, when the law requires it
  • A buyer or successor, if our business is ever sold or merged

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Tracking Across Other Websites

Meta, Google, and Hyros may collect information about your online activity over time and across different websites and apps, including when you visit our sites. They use it to measure our ads and to show you ads from us and from other companies.

5. Your Choices

  • Email: click "unsubscribe" at the bottom of any marketing email.
  • Cookies: you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of our sites may not work correctly without them.
  • Ads: you can adjust your ad preferences in your Meta and Google account settings.
  • Review, correct, or delete your information: email us at courses@happyfoxsupplyco.com. We'll respond within 30 days. We may keep records we're required to keep for taxes, accounting, fraud prevention, or payment disputes.

6. How Long We Keep Your Information

We keep your account and purchase information for as long as you have access to your courses, and longer when we need it for taxes, accounting, fraud prevention, or payment disputes. We keep email list information until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.

7. Children

Our Services are for people 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe we have, email us and we will delete it.

8. Security

We use trusted service providers and reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No website or online service is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

9. Nevada Residents

We do not sell covered information as defined by Nevada law. You can send any request about the sale of your information to courses@happyfoxsupplyco.com.

10. Changes to This Policy

When we update this Privacy Policy, we'll post the new version on this page and change the Effective Date at the top. If the change is significant, we'll also let you know by email or with a notice on our website.
